Living in Hoboken, NJ we have found quite a few poor renditions of Pad Thai. So, on a recent trip to the grocery store, we found some great looking noodles and decided to give it a whirl. I looked over a few recipes to gather the general gist and got to work. In the end, it came out fantastic. And, for dessert, I had picked up some dragonfruit, kiwi, apple, mint and paired them with a honey frozen yogurt.
