Took the following recipe and tweaked it a bit.
Autumn Lamb Chop
Fall is in the air and autumn flavors are just coming into season. Here, I have rubbed down twin lamb chops w roasted garlic and then coated them in a rosemary panko. To finish them off, an apple cider and dark rum reduction. Served over a stack of pumpkin mash and swiss chard.
