Salmon over Black Lentils and Celeriac Puree

  Salmon over a celeriac puree, black lentils with shallot and sherry, dill cream sauce.  Topped with lemon zest.

        Oven baked beet breaded with panko on a potato roll with golden beet slice, lemon goat cheese spread, watercress, and crispy shallots.  Served with crispy parmesan brussel sprouts

Pappardelle Tossed with Roasted Squash Cream Sauce

Pappardelle tossed with a cream sauce that was blended with roasted butternut squash.  Topped with cubed squash, a dash of parmesan, and fresh grated lemon zest.

Arugula, shaved Parmesan, Pepitas, roasted butternut squash, lemon zest, sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Roasted beets rolled in panko and lightly pan fried.  Served on a roll w/ arugula, crispy shallot, and a goat cheese and lemon zest spread.  Roasted brussel sprouts on the side sprinkled w/ black pepper and Hawaiian black sea salt.
